Crystal Lake HISTORY: Crystal Lakes was built in the late 80s and early 90s. The units range in size from 741-square-feet to more than 1200-square feet. Early resales of the units ranged from the low $40,000 to mid $50,000. But current resales of the units are selling in the upper $90,000, and in some cases, to more than $100,000.
