John Schwartz
- 1946 City Directory (Hill’s) from Warwick County, VA (now Newport News), also includes Hampton and Phoebus. Has old street names, businesses, and maps.
- 1930 aerial view of downtown Hampton, 1930 (Oyster Pile looking west).
- 1943 picture of Hampton Fire Station at 18 Court Street. 1913 American La France Chemical truck. This was the second Hampton Fire Station, built in the 1900s.
- Plaque given to Mr. Schwartz, Deputy Chief, on the 100 anniversary of the Hampton Volunteer Company (founded 1884, anniversary in 1984).
- Framed fire badges from Mr. John Schwartz (the interviewee’s father), dating from 1922 until he retired around 1967.
