Katherine Dermanis

• Her father was a Greek immigrant who settled in Buckroe after WWII and owned the American Grill restaurant, until the property was redeveloped by the city in the 1960s. She has newspaper clippings, many pictures of the restaurant and other businesses and restaurants in Buckroe, pictures of Buckroe Beach and the amusement park, family pictures, and a menu and business cards from the restaurant.
