Bailey Park

Bailey Park HISTORY: Named after the neighborhood in the movie classic, "It's A Wonderful Life", Bailey Park was a declining 51 year old apartment complex in an area with a high crime rate and run-down buildings. In 2000, the Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority acquired the property and in partnership with the residents, the former Sinclair Gardens was transformed into what is now one of Hampton's most popular neighborhoods.
